Guests can choose from a full menu of massages, body scrubs, facials, manicures, pedicures and other therapy treatments.  They can also choose the location of their treatments—in their room, on the beach, even under the stars.

USpa offers a number of signature spa treatments using nutrient rich flowers and fruits indigenous to Honduras and Utila to create botanical treatments that reflect the flavors of the island.
